New patient registration is processed at the center you visit.  WEMC uses the electronic check-in process, Phreesia.  Registration is available in English and in Spanish.  On-site assistance is available.

As a new patient, we ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.  You will need to bring current photo identification, proof of residency and verification of payment (i.e. your insurance card).
